TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR   BETA DANCE  TROUPE PERFORMANCES

The following are the preferred technical requirements, although we  can be flexible.

             STAGE  or performing space

12 meter width x 8 meter depth, or 10x8, or 8x 6

Back hanging cloth in a light color, or black

3 narrow  black curtains  (wings) hanging along each side of the stage or wood wings, if it outside.

The possibility of passing from one side of the stage to the other behind  the back curtain (optional)

Dressing room (8 dancers)

SOUND

3 microphones for drums 

3-4 condensors (space microphones) pc – on the floor

1 microphone for narrator (optional)

Compact disc player for cd disc (not mini disc)

LIGHTING – Please Provide:

We shall bring with us our light designer who can operate the show.
 
Please send electricity list, including details of control board, dimmer  numbers and circuit layout, number and type of lanterns.

Number of employees and normal working hours.

Time and date the technicians will be working with the lighting designer.

Times the stage will be available to the dancers for rehearsal with performance lighting or rehearsal lighting.

Please advise what we should expect concerning stage , sound and lighting so that we can prepare ourselves ahead of time.
